We hope you love your Bleufit pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and liners attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant, makeup, or odor will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sports bras
• Headbands
• Socks
In addition, the following items are final sale due to discounted pricing:
• Sale items
• Promotional items
Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
• If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
• Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bleufit is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
