We hope you love your Bleufit pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and liners attached.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant, makeup, or odor will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items



For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Headbands

Socks

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bleufit is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
